Wicked!

I feel like I haven't given enough play time to how much I enjoyed the Broadway show Wicked. Hank and I were 4 blocks away on the night we went to see the show. It was raining and snowing so hailing a cab was impossible. We got to the Gershwin Theatre about 45 minutes early and I looked like a drowned cat. My hair was soaking wet and I was freezing cold. I went to the bathroom and tried to dry my hair, but it didn't matter, I still felt like I looked terrible. I sat down in the Theatre where it was cold, I was mad that I was wet, and I was beginning to think I was not going to have a good time. Then the curtain came up and the show began. It was amazing. The story and songs are so moving. This is a great show for anyone who grew up loving the Wizard of Oz. I loved the back story of the witches and all the characters like the lion, the scarecrow, and the tin man. I didn't know much about the show, but I can't wait to see it again. I hear it is coming to Fort Myers next year for their Broadway series.
